Superior Zymes contains in balanced proportions, Amylase, Beta-glucanase, Cellulase and Xylanase. The enzyme complex present in Superior Zymes breaks down non water soluble NSP’s (Non-Starch Polysaccharides) in cell walls resulting in the release of otherwise entrapped nutrients by these cell walls.
